Hi Mathew,

Welcome to Draw a Box!

I've checked your submission,

Before starting the review I wanna advice you to take some time to organize your submission on imgur, it really helps the one reviewing it and you because people will be more likely to check it out if it's organized.

Now, on to the actual review: Your lines are pretty confident over the lesson, which is good because people tend to get them more wobbly during the box section. However, I do see that in some of your boxes, your lines are not reaching the corners, don't worry about overshooting your lines for now, your main priority should be to make them as confident as possible, accuracy comes with time with practice.

Your ellipses seem to get better as you progress through the lesson, a few recommendations would be to only go through them twice since more than that makes them look a little messy, and take your time with the ghosting method, it will make them look more confident.

In the boxes exercises the perspective part it's good considering this is lesson 1, what I think it's lacking a little more is in your lines. Adding to what I've already said earlier, take your time ghosting your lines, remember that a box it's just an organized group of lines, so if you can make some confident lines, you can make a confident box.

This is your first lesson, so it's okey that you used blue ink, though I advice you do the next of this course with black fineliners as it is recommended, not only because that is the way it is intended, but also because you will get more chances of getting feedback if you do it that way.

I'm gonna mark this lesson as completed! Keep it up.
