Hello, I will be critiquing your lesson 2 work

Organic Arrows

The first thing I noticed with your arrows is the confident and smooth linework. This also includes the lineweight which you properly applied to the areas that overlap. I will also say that you did well with decreasing the negative space between the ziggzagging sections as they move away in perspective. Overall, you did pretty well.

Organic Forms with Contours

Moving onto the sausage forms, you did very good of keeping a consistent width throughout the length. It is also good to see that you avoided any pinching or swelling that would undermine the solidity of your shapes

For the contour curves that wrap around the forms, you kept them snugly in place and I can see that you are aware of how they change degree -- Contour ellipses are similar to the contour curves and are kept snugly in place. I also see that you kept them aligned with the axis, but there are very minor degree shifts. Try to push the degree changes further as best as you can.

Textures

Your texture analysis is turning out nicely here. I like to see the bold use of ink to fill in the cast shadows and details. You also did well of outlining the shapes of the shadows and filling them in, rather than drawing simple lines.

For the dissections I notice a few of the textures have simple lines for the cast shadows. Similar to what I said above, you should draw the shape of the shadows and then fill them in. Here is an example https://imgur.com/oAx2pRD

Form Intersections

Form intersections are pretty difficult, so it's fine not to completely grasp the concept just yet. I see that you also repeated your lines in some of the boxes. It's best to draw a single line confidently rather than focusing on getting it completely accurate. This will definitely improve with practice.

-Lineweight should be added only once over the original line where the intersections are at, no more than that.

Organic Intersections

Your sausage forms are pretty solid, but there are some issues with them. The lineweight should only be added on the parts that are overlapping and should be less bold as you only need one extra superimposed line over the area. The lineweight that goes around the entire sausage takes away some of the solidity.

Another thing that flattens out the drawing a bit is the cast shadows you added on the sausages. They need to wrap around more on the form that they are casting a shadow on like this: https://d15v304a6xpq4b.cloudfront.net/lesson_images/516f8d4f.jpg

Alrighty, as long as you practice these and take looks back at the lessons, I feel you are good to move on.
