Hi overall good job and congrats finishing first lesson :)
Lines
Lines are a little bit wobbly, especially in boxes don't forget that you should focus on smooth and confidence over accuracy right now.
Ellipses
Ellipses are wobbly and not really confident. Remember that in ellipses as well as lines you should try to do them as confident as you can, don't hesitate in sacrificing accuracy to get them smoother and more confident.
Boxes
On boxes I can see you're repeating a lot of lines. No matter how off a line is, don't repeat it as it'll make the drawing messier.
On rotated boxes, some of your boxes weren't actually rotating, careful with that. Also you could apply line weight to make picture more clear.
Also in both rotated boxes and organic perspective you missed perspective which is completely normal, as you'll work on it in 250 boxes challenge.
Good job overall. Be specially careful about the repetition of lines as it's something you're doing a lot, as well as the wobbly lines that you sometimes do.
Next Steps:
In order to mark this lesson as complete I'd need you to do the following:
- 1 page of planes and ellipses.
- 1 page of tables of ellipses.
- 1 page of ghosted lines.
I'll be waiting good luck ;)
Faber Castell PITT Artist Pens
Like the Staedtlers, these also come in a set of multiple weights - the ones we use are F. One useful thing in these sets however (if you can't find the pens individually) is that some of the sets come with a brush pen (the B size). These can be helpful in filling out big black areas.
Still, I'd recommend buying these in person if you can, at a proper art supply store. They'll generally let you buy them individually, and also test them out beforehand to weed out any duds.
