Look, I don't know how this works here, but could you please evaluate my exercises and tell me if everything is ok and if I can already do the 250 boxes challenge? Thank you ;)

To answer your question, almost everything is ok. Ellipses are smooth and evenly shaped. Lines were still a little wobbly in the first Ghosted Lines exercise, but got more confident as you progressed. You seem to have understood all of the exercises and will only get better at them as you practice in your warmups

The only thing that seems to be missing are the 4 absolute corners in the Rotated Boxes exercise. Those are usually the most challenging to draw, so don't worry about trying to make them perfect or "ruining" the page. Mistakes are expected in these exercises as long as you complete them

Next Steps:

Complete the 4 remaining corner boxes in the Rotated Boxes exercise, then move on to the 250 box challange

When finished, reply to this critique with your revisions.

I've finished the last 4 corners of the exercise, and now I'll proceed with the challenge. Thank you very much for your support.

Great job! Make sure to draw every box whenever you're redoing this exercise in your warmups as well. Since it also takes a lot of space on the page, drawing the boxes a litlle smaller next time might make it easier for you.

Next Steps:

Proceed to the 250 box challange

Marco Bucci's Getting Started with Digital Painting

Marco Bucci's got a ton of great courses available on proko.com, including some of the best videos you can find on using colour and light. Since a lot of our students want to break into working with digital painting however, I thought this course in particular would be a great start to get into the weeds with how to navigate the confusing world of layers, brushes, and more.

This course highlights programs across the full spectrum of options, ranging from the current industry standard Adobe Photoshop, to the Free-and-Open-Source darling Krita, as well as the mobile favourite, Procreate.
