Your lines are great, you got a bit of fraying in the ends, but that's expected. The ghosted lines are pretty well done.

With the ovals, try to draw through it only 2 times. Some of your ovals have 4 draw throughs and that's a bit too much, but in terms of shape and fluidity it's good.

With your squares you didn't do any "extreme" square, with big distortions, so that made your sheet look very clean for the ellipses. The funnels look very well executed.

Your rough perspective had some very off lines, but on the second sheet they do get way better, so I can see an improvement there. I felt like you didn't rotate your rotated boxes enough, as your drawing looks a bit square, and not a sphere like the example. I'd advice to try and draw more extreme rotations of the boxes on the corners, to really convey that fully rotated idea.

On you organic perspective, it feels like you didn't really do any perspective. All the lines look parallel, and not converging to a point. Check the 250 box challenge and how the convergence is measured there, then take a look at your organic perspective boxes and notice how there's little to no convergence.

Overall pretty good, just pay attention to the minor details, and definitely do the 250 box challenge, focusing on trying out more different and extreme Ys, and also checking your convergence to the imaginary VPs.

Next Steps:

Definitely do the 250 Box Challenge, and keep in mind the VPs as you draw, read the instructions and follow them correctly to get the most of it.

Also try to draw some "extreme" rotation of the boxes, with a face almost obscured in one of the sides, for example.

Thank you so much for the advice, I'll take this in mind when I start doing the 250 box challenge!

Pentel Pocket Brush Pen

Pentel Pocket Brush Pen

This is a remarkable little pen. Technically speaking, any brush pen of reasonable quality will do, but I'm especially fond of this one. It's incredibly difficult to draw with (especially at first) due to how much your stroke varies based on how much pressure you apply, and how you use it - but at the same time despite this frustration, it's also incredibly fun.

Moreover, due to the challenge of its use, it teaches you a lot about the nuances of one's stroke. These are the kinds of skills that one can carry over to standard felt tip pens, as well as to digital media. Really great for doodling and just enjoying yourself.
