Congrats J91ART for completing the exercises for lesson 1. Here's my critique:
lines:
your lines are not bad there is a bit of wooble but it will get better with practice remember to draw them with the shoulder and ghost before putting them
ellipses
your ellipses are great smooth and not going beyond the bounds great job
boxes
your boxes are awesome! your work shows that you have a very good understanding of perspective probably it's not your first attempt... however it's look like you were using a ruler in your work so i can't accept that and you should redo all the work you did with a ruler. however great job!!
Next Steps:
redo the work you did with a ruler (rough perspective, ????) If this is not done with a ruler take it as a compliment.

Thanks for the feedback, in regards to the boxes, you can see the same wooble that you mention in the line excersice and even some doble line product of the miss jugde of the orientation of the line, remember that there is one excercise that ask you to use a ruler to make the first face of the boxes with the ruler and then, make the lines that goes to the banishing point, that it maybe the one that you say that looks make with ruler

Next Steps:
250 boxes challenge
Staedtler Pigment Liners
These are what I use when doing these exercises. They usually run somewhere in the middle of the price/quality range, and are often sold in sets of different line weights - remember that for the Drawabox lessons, we only really use the 0.5s, so try and find sets that sell only one size.
Alternatively, if at all possible, going to an art supply store and buying the pens in person is often better because they'll generally sell them individually and allow you to test them out before you buy (to weed out any duds).
