For the first 50, your lines are very clean overall. I only saw a few instances of arcing, like box 16 and box 34. Your convergences also show good accuracy, though I noticed some lines pair off and converge towards two vanishing points, like box 6's purple lines, box 23's blue lines, and box 49's blue lines.

For the next 50, your lines remain clean. As before, there is very little arcing beyond box 61 and box 85. Your convergences also show improvement in accuracy, though I did see a few more instances of lines pairing off, like box 55's blue lines, box 73's red lines, and box #91's green lines.

For the last 150, your lines remain clean throughout the rest of the challenge, with little arcing. However, I noticed instances of lines stopping just short of the second point, like box 124, box 170, and box 219. While there were only a few in earlier sets, they became more frequent in the latter half of this one. It may help to do a little more ghosting to better solidify the stopping point in your muscle memory.

Your convergences also show further improvement, though I still see more instances of lines pairing off, like box 116's green lines, box 180's orange lines, and box 238's blue lines. In these boxes, the inner lines (green and orange in this diagram) diverge instead of converging at the vanishing point. Keeping in mind the angles of neighboring lines can help when planning the box's construction.

As an aside, box 4 is missing some line extensions. It's not a major issue since it only happened once, but I want to point it out for future reference.

All said, you did very well. I'm going to mark this challenge as complete.
