Hey there! I'm chiran and today I'll go over your submission and try my best to provide helpful analysis on your work by breaking down into three parts.
PART 1: THE PRAISES( the job you did well in lines, ellipses and boxes):
LINES:
Lines are smooth and you did a great job by prioritizing confidence over accuracy.
the ghosting job was well done in the ghosted exercises meaning you did take time plan where your line tarts and ends by plotting out points first before actually committing to them so thats good too!
ELLIPSES:

Ellipses are smooth and are drawn through 2-3 times. good job on striving to keep your ellipses within the bounds and touching each other gently.

you did strive to keep ellipses within the funnels and increased their degrees as they move outwards, so thats job well done.
BOXES:
they are off to great start . they are drawn through ( like having x ray vision) and are planned before executing by using the ghosting technique to plot down the points so thats perfect.I get the sense that you've understood the concept of perspective well!
PART 2: WHERE IT WENT SLIGHTLY OFF? ( Where you should keep an eye on) ( No worries part!)
I think you are headed in the right direction and you have understood the purpose of each exercises and you executed to your best. well done!. but there are some hiccups in your work that needs to be identified and removed.
In this part I will just point out where it went off. In the coming part I will explain how to avoid them and how you can improve them.I made this part because It will make our brain to remind us where we are going wrong and it will thereby make us conscious about our mistakes while drawing.
LINES:

The first thing I noticed in the super imposed exercises was that the lines starts to fray even on the starting point. Yes Its a mistake that needs to be identified and removed. So in order to reduce this our advise is to take your time to position the pen exactly at the starting point after the ghosting job and execute them from the starting point carefully from your shoulder prioritizing confidence.

One minor thing i noticed is that some of the lines are repeated or even corrected ( as we can see on ghosted planes exercises) and also make sure to slightly lift your pen in the air while ghostin in order to avoid accidental marks on he pages which serves no purpose
ELLIPSES:

there are times where you sometimes prioritized accuracy in the ellipses exercises ( like thinking about ellipses that fit exactly in to the boundaries) resulting in ellipses that are wobbly and uneven.so try to always make sure you're thinking on making the shapes of the ellipses even and symmetrical. and also It may be because not using shoulder to draw those ellipses.

again in the ellipses in funnels exercise you did seem to prioritize accuracy and though about using your wrist to draw those make those ellipses non symmetrical and wobbly at times. In a rare times you draw those ellipses more than 3 times making them look darker which is also should be avoided in the future.
BOXES:

Accuracy on the perspective on the rough perspective exercise is pretty nice, good job! The main thing here is that you seem to have trouble at times keeping height lines perpendicular to the horizon line, and width lines parallel to it. I know it's hard, but make sure you always are aiming for it. You can check if the starting and ending dots are correct or not, and if you find that they aren't you can change them. You can put down as many dots as you want as long as it's before drawing the actual line.

In rough point perspective Again you seem to have corrected some of the internal lines of the boxes ( we can see on the page 2). Once again I repeat - Its not advisable to correct or repeat over your lines even though they are off. try to move on thinking they are correct. therefore in the next you will definitely avoid those mistakes.

Moving on to rotated box exercise: here some of the boxes and bottom planes of the boxes are not really rotated ( like we can see on to and bottom boxes). and also the gaps between the boxes are sometimes not kept narrow and consistent. It is useful because -while drawing your corner boxes, you can use the neighbouring edges as hints and can try to keep that boxes edges parallel and same length to the boxes besides and below it.( this advantage can only be taken when you keep the gaps between the boxes narrow and consistent). continue to hatch the gaps between the boxes to get an idea of which side is facing toward the viewer

perspective is slightly off in both rotated boxes and organic perspective exercise. I'm not fussing over it. I'm pretty confident that these will improve largely after completing the 250 box challenge. feel free to revisit these exercises after completing the 250 boxes.

Even while adding line weight to the boxes, make sure to plan and ghost your lines and execute it with confidence.
In this part I'm not fussing over it and I'm not even expecting perfectionism but I'm just pointing out where it went slightly off so that you can next incorporate these points to improve your work
PART 3 : THE JOB WE CAN DO TO IMPROVE THEM
1.lines: First thing first, we should always prioritize confidence even when we have to sacrifice some Accuracy and always continue to ghost and drawn from the shoulder.
One answer I can give to reduce the wobbly, arches and s curves issues is: trying out variety in your speed of drawing your lines
..Speed of execution: when to increase the speed of drawing the lines and when to slow down?
If the lines came out dark, wobbly, contains subtle S curve and undershooted then increasing the speed of drawing your lines can reduce these issues. however if the lines are overshooting more and the flow of ink in your pen is inconsistent then its advisable to reduce the speed and try to lift the pen off the page when reaching the end dot.
feel free to experiment with different speed of drawing your lines from point A to point B during your warm up session and opt for the smooth and consistent ones. Increasing the speed of execution can really help in reducing wobbly lines. And it can also help in reducing the course correction of your lines too!.
arching might happen because not using the shoulder pivot to draw the lines. If arching persists even after using shoulder to draw the lines then they can be reduced by arching consciously in opp direction to compensate the error. through practice they will get better.
and as always make sure you are starting your lines from the starting point.
2.To avoid sharp curve or bend at the major axis in ellipses( like a egg shape) Its advisable to rotate your page to find the comfortable angle of approach and start and end ellipses at the minor axis( the axis which divides the ellipses into symmetrical halves. yes you should continue to use ghosting method, drawing from your shoulder and make sure that you are always use your arm to get the best flow as possible. while ghosting ( hovering in a motion over the page not touching the page) make sure to plan where the ellipses will sit, that means where will the top and bottom edge will go and start and end an ellipse at the minor axis ( the narrow width ) in order to reduce uneven and non symmetrical ellipses.
3.for the box construction in organic perspective exercise is that after you plotted out the Initial Y of a box think about how you want each set to converge and try and think about (in rough terms) where the vanishing point is going to be for each set.I's is just a reminder tho because you seem to have repeat the same boxes orientation in your scenes of organic perspective exercise.here you can take a look at this image:https://cdn.discordapp.com/attachments/365180330103013388/716494148093607946/unknown.png
so feel free to construct variety of rotation in your boxes by using the Y method.
while doing rough point perspective warm ups always make sure that you are keeping the front and back planes of the boxes perpendicular to the horizon meaning all the horizontal lines of the boxes will be parallel to the horizon and all the vertical lines will be perpendicular to it. and all the depth lnes will converge to a single Vp on the horizon line.
- Couple of notes on rotated boxes: Try to always start drawing the next boxes by the corners that are close between boxes, it will make it easier. always keep your gaps between the boxes narrow and consistent. and also reduce the sizes of the planes when they are rotated. here you can look at this GIF to know more about the rotation and how the back and front plane behave when they are rotated: https://d15v304a6xpq4b.cloudfront.net/lesson_images/a80224d8.gif

I strongly encourage to go through this articles and all the images and re attempt the rotated boxes exercises. not full you can do only quarter ( 1 quadrant) of it if you needed to.
MY POINT OF VIEW:
It would have been better to ask you for a revision since you tend to repeat over your lines.but not needed, I'm sure that you will consider the above mentioned points and work towards it.last but not the least, continue to incorporate these exercises in your regular warm up routines. pick any 1 or 2 exercise and try to do it for 10 -15 min with striving towards the goal. because these warm ups are the hard requirements for any artists at any skill level !
