I have been mediating before I draw to help with focus. I have been doing breathing exercises but this week I also added these zentangle drawings to my meditation routine as well as getting warmed up for drawing. I also made up a hand and finger stretching routine to do before drawing to help with dexterity and avoid cramping, pain, or arthritis. I will post it later for those who might be interested.
