Object Studies (Putting 250 Boxes Into Practice)

To slowly apply the 50/50 rule, I started by using my knowledge from 250 Boxes (First 70 Boxes done here https://imgur.com/a/tWR4PIY ) and L1 for something more practical/specific. Object studies have been one of my biggest weakpoints (sloppy lines, even sloppier ellipses) and this is actually one of the major reasons I got into Drawabox, so time to test things out! I used thicker, cheap markers to completely prevent myself from using a rubber and to force myself to think and ghost before I commit (I did this already before to learn to draw with different tools and to be less afraid of experimenting and challenging myself). I'd like to know how'd I do and if there's any insight into these studies as well as the boxes, if I'm on the right track or if there's something I should be more mindful of.
I also have another question regarding the 250 Boxes Challenge. Am I supposed to just try and visualize the vanishing point and give an educated guess on the placement of the edges, or can I use ghosting towards the VP to help me? I'm trying to let go of this (I can genuinely see the lines better now) but I'd like to know if this is a helpful tool or a hindrance in throwing oneself out there. I've posted this on Discord too but I'll rather have it here as well in case it gets lost in the chat. Thank you in advance!
Btw I truly recommend using the "worst" tools you have to devoid yourself from perfectionism and expectations and focus on having fun and figuring out how to use the new tools. Unsharpened pencils, half dry markers/pens, highlighters, combining it all etc. If you still have that super cheap art set/box you got as a kid, that's a goldmine for this haha.
