Congrats on finishing Lesson 1 exercises.
1) Your lines atre in general pretty good. I can tell you are going for the shoulder based on the little wobble on your long lines
2) Your ghosting is very accurate but I can tell you are paying the proce by not using the shoulder as much. I can see it in the wobble, but still your lines are pretty straight
3) Your ellipses in general are pretty good, don;t have much to say
4) You have a pretty good handle of perspective. Your rotated boxes exercise got a bit funky on the extreme boxes, but this is a really hard to nail exercise. I think the idea is a same size box that rotates, but in the arrangement it is hard to mantain the sense of size and rotation
5) On your organic perspective you try to do and advance step of hiding boxes behind another. Though that shows you understand what is happening from the perspective point of view, it misses part of what the exercise wanted us to do: what happens with the lines of the boxes that are behind. See the example here https://d15v304a6xpq4b.cloudfront.net/lesson_images/598a86fb.jpg
Only the lines of each box are hidden,, but when they overlap they are not hidden.
Next Steps:
I think you are ready for the 250 box challenge, but recommend you fix or study what I mention on your organic perspective exercise
Ellipse Master Template
This recommendation is really just for those of you who've reached lesson 6 and onwards.
I haven't found the actual brand you buy to matter much, so you may want to shop around. This one is a "master" template, which will give you a broad range of ellipse degrees and sizes (this one ranges between 0.25 inches and 1.5 inches), and is a good place to start. You may end up finding that this range limits the kinds of ellipses you draw, forcing you to work within those bounds, but it may still be worth it as full sets of ellipse guides can run you quite a bit more, simply due to the sizes and degrees that need to be covered.
No matter which brand of ellipse guide you decide to pick up, make sure they have little markings for the minor axes.
