Hey Ingeidem!

Awesome job with completing the lesson! It's a big step submitting work for critique and well worth it.

I think the main place where you can improve is in your ellipse creation. For example in the ellipse in planes exercise some of your ellipses break the edges of the plane or don't fully reach the edges. Another thing is that they get a little wobbly meaning you could draw them with more confidence. A way to improve this a lot is by using the ghosting method that Uncomfortable talks about in all of his lessons such that before you draw you prepare your hand and visualize the mark you make before you even make it. This will help to smoothen your ellipses and over time they will become more accurate with practice. I think you did a great job drawing through them however.

Last thing is to make sure your ellipses are aligning to their major and minor axes. In the funnels exercise you did a few of the ellipses are shifting away from the centerlines you drew and are also rotating away from the minor ayes created by that centerline.

Happy drawing!

I am aware my ellipses need some improvement, so i will focus on that when i do warmups.

Thank you for the review!

Like the Staedtlers, these also come in a set of multiple weights - the ones we use are F. One useful thing in these sets however (if you can't find the pens individually) is that some of the sets come with a brush pen (the B size). These can be helpful in filling out big black areas.

Still, I'd recommend buying these in person if you can, at a proper art supply store. They'll generally let you buy them individually, and also test them out beforehand to weed out any duds.
