OK, this one was challenging and I freaked out more than once. I'm not happy with my understanding of textures . And I still have the habit of going over lines that don't turn out well, resulting in messy line weight.

Heya, not here to critique since I am still amidst completing the 250 box challenge, but regarding your previous submission - you can get more attention to your submission on Discord, check the rules there but the gist of it is that you can submit it to a communal wait-list that people actively critique through, the requirement being that you also submit a certain amount of critiques for certain lessons depending on your progress (I believe you need to submit 5 lesson 1 critiques to get your 250 box challenge on the wait-list)
Or just ask people around to help you out :)

Hi there,
Your Organic Arrows have a good flow and you are are allowing edges to overlap. However, I do see that you haven't applied a sense of perspective. Remember that the distance between the upper and lower edge of the arrows goes on increasing as they approach the viewer/viewing window.
Your first page of Organic Forms with Contour curves does have consistent shapes, but I do see some tapering and squared edges on the second page which you can try to focus on in the incoming lessons. One thing to note here is not going over the lines more than twice even if the end result doesn't come out good. Keep practicing drawing curves with your shoulder and you will definitely get to creating smooth curves.
For the Texture Analysis, avoid drawing the forms or the outer edges of the texture detail. Think about drawing and filling in just cast shadows. The shadows should be dense at the beginning which get sparse as you reach the end.
Your Dissections are on track considering the fact that your are thinking of breaking the silhouette but you need to make sure that the texture also follows the curvature of the sausages.
You did a great job with the Forms Intersections. You did cross hatch the sides that are facing towards the viewer which helps distinguish the forms more.
And finally for the Organic Intersections you did well by keeping the forms consistent. Note the fact that your shadows need to be not sticking to the forms. Instead, just like other forms they should follow the curvature of the form below.

Yep more or less what I expected, except perhaps for the organic intersections bit. Is it a general mistake or could you give me an example? Honestly I was far more worried about my forms.
Also is there improvement between texture analysis and disections?

This recommendation is really just for those of you who've reached lesson 6 and onwards.
I haven't found the actual brand you buy to matter much, so you may want to shop around. This one is a "master" template, which will give you a broad range of ellipse degrees and sizes (this one ranges between 0.25 inches and 1.5 inches), and is a good place to start. You may end up finding that this range limits the kinds of ellipses you draw, forcing you to work within those bounds, but it may still be worth it as full sets of ellipse guides can run you quite a bit more, simply due to the sizes and degrees that need to be covered.
No matter which brand of ellipse guide you decide to pick up, make sure they have little markings for the minor axes.
