The first image was the plotted perspective. Thank you in advance for the critique!
Hi!! Here's my critique :>
LINES
Superimposed lines: Fairly accurate, fraying only a little on the end, overall very good. Great job with the curvy lines,
Ghosted lines: Straight and very accurate, good job
Ghosted planes: Extremely accurate, I see that pretty much all the lines meet in the same spot, great job
ELLIPSES
Tables of ellipses: Drawn through both times, smooth lines, close enough to fit inside the frame. A lot of the ellipses' both attempts are really accurate, very nice job
Ellipses in planes: Smooth lines, fitting inside the borders well, good job again :D
Funnels: Symmetric, good job
BOXES
Plotted perspective: According to the instructions, though I'm not 100% sure if it's necessary to draw the lines all the way to the vanishing point, but as far as I can tell the lines are all correct
Rough perspective: I see you went through some lines multiple times, but as far as I know we're supposed to draw it once no matter how it came out, so watch out for that. Overall nice job
Rotated boxes: You drew all the lines in the back, overall looks great to me
Organic perspective: Straight lines, great job
Overall, wonderful job :D
Next Steps:
I'd say you can freely move onto the 250 boxes challenge :]
Thank you very much for the critique! I really appreciate it!
My pleasure :D
Like the Staedtlers, these also come in a set of multiple weights - the ones we use are F. One useful thing in these sets however (if you can't find the pens individually) is that some of the sets come with a brush pen (the B size). These can be helpful in filling out big black areas.
Still, I'd recommend buying these in person if you can, at a proper art supply store. They'll generally let you buy them individually, and also test them out beforehand to weed out any duds.
