Lesson 2: Contour Lines, Texture and Construction

Hi, I would like to get feedback. Thank youu
Hello, congratulation on finishing lesson 2. I'll be only pointing out the thing that needs to be improved and Here are my observations:
Next time, please give line weight to the line that connects the curve and around an overlapping curve so it is more understandable which is front and which is back. The hatching line should align with the line that connects the curve. Lastly, here we take care hatching line same as the construction line so please be mindful when you draw your hatching line and try to give some gradation in your hatching line.
Try to keep the sausage shape equal on both ends. Try not to draw too much cross-contour or ellipses; what I mean by that is to try to use them as a way to communicate to the viewer how the form turns in space, so only use them when you feel the form turning away or facing the viewer. For the organic form with a contour curve, I feel like the curve is a little bit stiff and doesn't show much dimension, so my advice is that when you ghost the curve, try to ghost the whole ellipse, but when you put the mark, only draw the part that wraps around the form, so you will get a better sense of how the ellipse turns in space and it will be easier to get that hook.
Try to think of the cast shadow as a shape, because I see a lot of small strokes in your cast shadow. Try to do more smooth transitions, but don't worry too much about this one since it will improve as long you keep practicing this exercise as a warm-up.
Try to break the silhouette of the form to show the texture.
Make sure to draw the cast shadow to follow the form of the object they're being cast on.
first of all, I'm really sorry this is not related to the critic at all you can ignore it if you want to, but judging from your name I think you are Indonesian, if you are let me know if you have discord or whatever, so we can hang out and talk about art.

Lesson 3: Applying Construction to Plants
Like the Staedtlers, these also come in a set of multiple weights - the ones we use are F. One useful thing in these sets however (if you can't find the pens individually) is that some of the sets come with a brush pen (the B size). These can be helpful in filling out big black areas.
Still, I'd recommend buying these in person if you can, at a proper art supply store. They'll generally let you buy them individually, and also test them out beforehand to weed out any duds.
