Hello, congratulation on finishing lesson 2. I'll be only pointing out the thing that needs to be improved and Here are my observations:

  1. Organic Arrow

Some of your arrows end with no overlap making it look flat. From my observation, I think it's because you draw the two ribbons first and then connect them with a straight line, if that is the case then I suggest you first draw the first ribbon, then draw the straight line and draw the second ribbon last. With this, you will have more control over the perspective of the arrow. Line weight should only be done with 1 line and make sure to execute with confidence first, so make sure to ghosting it before you execute the mark. Add a line weight around the overlap not just the first ribbon and the straight line. Lastly, here we take care hatching line same as the construction line so please be mindful when you draw your hatching line and try to give some gradation in your hatching line.

  1. Organic Forms with Contour Lines

Try to make the end of the form the size of a sphere. Try not to draw too much cross-contour or ellipses; what I mean by that is to try to use them as a way to communicate to the viewer how the form turns in space, so only use them when you feel the form turning away or facing the viewer. For the organic form with a contour curve, I feel like the curve is a little bit stiff and doesn't show much dimension, so my advice is that when you ghost the curve, try to ghost the whole ellipse, but when you put the mark, only draw the part that wraps around the form, so you will get a better sense of how the ellipse turns in space and it will be easier to get that hook.

  1. Texture Analysis

Try to think of the cast shadow as a shape like this. Try to use lost and found edges when the texture is closer to the whitebar like this. Try to do more smooth transitions, but don't worry too much about this one since it will improve as long you keep practicing this exercise as a warm-up. Probably do more studies on the texture itself.

  1. Dissections

Try to break the silhouette of the form to show the texture. Make sure the texture is wrap around the form.

  1. Organic Intersections

Keep the sausage form simple. Make sure to draw the cast shadow to follow the form of the object they're being cast on.

Lastly, I want to know why you submitted your homework twice?
