Lesson 7: Applying Construction to Vehicles

Good Evening!
Wow. Uploading L7 Homework is equally satisfying as it is intimidating. This took me over 3 months to complete, way longer than expected. And I feel pretty burned out right now.
I do think this is the best I can do with my current abilities. I put a lot of time (and thought) into each drawing, but this is the first time I have actually no idea if any of this is even remotely good enough. Each of the final 8 drawings easily took 8-9h to complete, ortographic studies excluded. I could not finish more than 1 drawing per week, so I basically worked a whole week on the drawing most of the time.
My ellipse guides are rather large (starting at 2 1/4") and the second set is very small, so sometimes I changed the position of the wheel slightly to match it properly. Please don´t be too hard on me for this, I simply didn´t want to freehand the ellipses in this lesson.
I also have to work on line weights a lot, I have a tendency to go over a lot of lines again. At least I´m aware of it :/
I did not go very much into details on the drawings, and I stopped the sports car when I felt the construction was finished - there were way too many lines already.

On a personal note, I cannot thank you enough for these lessons and the feedback you provide in this course! Through this course I actually realized how important feedback is, and I will probably have a hard time with other paid courses where feedback will maybe be scarce, or not as detailed as yours. Signing up for this course (after I spent my first year with jumping around between various courses and tutorials) gave me structure, and even more importantly the overall idea of how to actually tackle many of the problems you encounter while drawing. This is a very solid foundation, and I actually feel prepared for future courses.
To think that I initially wanted to start my drawing Journey with Scott Robertson How to Draw... it would probably would not have ended well, but now I feel prepared for resources like that.
But - I am writing as if I had already passed the drawabox course. This is not the case obviously - I am looking forward for your feedback! And I am terribly afraid of it for the first time :D
Best Regards
Dominik
