Hello! great job on finishing the first lesson. I'll be providing some feedback on each lesson

superimposed lines- these look pretty solid

ghosted lines- some of the lines look a little wobbly. remember that wobbly lines are generally a mistake- even if it misses the mark, you're doing it correctly as long as your lines are straight and confident

ghosted planes- while your ghosted lines were a little wobbly in places, you seemed to improve on this problem in the ghosted planes. good job!

tables of ellipses- solid

ghosted ellipses- some of the ellipses are coming out of the plane by a lot. ghosting a few more times could help you in the future.

funnels- this was solid, though some of the ellipses weren't exactly symmetrical across the minor axis.

plotted perspective- solid

rough perspective- some of the lines miss the vanishing point by a great margin. make sure to ghost each line at least five times before placing the marks.

rotated boxes- some of the boxes perspectives are off, but overall solid

organic perspectives- some boxes look a bit skewed but you'll get a lot of practice with boxes

Next Steps:

overall i think you're good to move on to the 250 boxes challenge. just remember to ghost your lines each time throughout the challenge.

Solid submission and solid review. However I would like to add :

Ellipses should be drawn through 2 or 3 times. Some are drawn more.

Never correct your lines. When you make a mistake when drawing your boxes (and you will make a lot) let it stay instead of redrawing the line.

Next Steps:

Good luck in your 250 boxes

Orconomics by J. Zachary Pike

Orconomics by J. Zachary Pike

This is one of my favourite books. It's a fantasy-comedy romp, and the world that J. Zachary Pike has created honestly takes my breath away. There are laughs at every turn, but the story is not without its heart wrenching moments - some for which I have yet to fully forgive the author.

If you're at all curious about the kinds of nonsense I read, or just need something new to sink your teeth into, this is one I can highly recommend. On top of that, being self-published by an indie author, it's the kind of thing where your individual support can go a long way.

P.S: The audiobook, with narration from Doug Tisdale, is especially good, and elevates the story in ways I can't rightly describe.
