Heya, thanks for your work !
First things first you're doing great! I don't see that much wobbling in your lines so you're drawing fast enough and got confident lines, there is some that are still a bit hesitant but you'll get them with practice. Your pages of superimposed lines are a bit too loaded don't forget to not grind to much. Also it was not mandatory but you did not do any arcs with the superimposed technique, you might want to do some for your next warm-up session. You should watch out for fraying lines on both ends, the line should not fray on the starting dot of the superimposed lines.
For the ellipses you should only draw through each one no more than 3 times (2 times preferably). otherwise they look good and confident, some don't reach all the sides in the ellipses tables but again practice will help with that.
Lastly the boxes, you shall NOT draw a mark MORE THAN ONCE, this is especially for your first page of organic perspective, if you wanted to add line weight you should only do it for the part of the line that overlap with another box and not over the full length of the line.
Overall you did a good job, the rotated boxes exercise is well done and you already show some confidence in your markings, now you need to practice accuracy which you'll do through your warm-ups by doing ghosted plane and superimposed lines.
Don't hesitate to use the ghosted planes you make to train ellipses as well.
I saw that you already finished the 250 boxes challenge, remember to not rush things and take the necessary time for each exercise / warm-up.
Next Steps:
Keep practicing with warm-ups (I recommend doing them daily even for 5min) using ghosted planes, ellipses and superimposed lines. Since you're done with your boxes you should wait for getting feedback on them so use this time for the 50% rule, have fun !

Thank you for critiquing my lesson and providing me with advice

Rapid Viz
Rapid Viz is a book after mine own heart, and exists very much in the same spirit of the concepts that inspired Drawabox. It's all about getting your ideas down on the page, doing so quickly and clearly, so as to communicate them to others. These skills are not only critical in design, but also in the myriad of technical and STEM fields that can really benefit from having someone who can facilitate getting one person's idea across to another.
Where Drawabox focuses on developing underlying spatial thinking skills to help facilitate that kind of communication, Rapid Viz's quick and dirty approach can help students loosen up and really move past the irrelevant matters of being "perfect" or "correct", and focus instead on getting your ideas from your brain, onto the page, and into someone else's brain as efficiently as possible.
