I found those exercises fun to do, even the majority of people kinda get bored with.

I feel I still strugle with:

1) Ghosting lines and get it right; I feel I get a bit tense;

2) Placing the ellipses on the right spot;

3) And last but not least, drawing the boxes on perspective, even though in my mind I can visualise it.

First let me comment on an issue that I saw in the super imposed lines. They are a bit frayed at both ends, maybe sure when you are doing that exercises, whether as a warm up in the future or if you return to it at any point, to take you time to start at the same point each time. Other than that everything looks great!

With the three points you brought up, you will improve with practice. I find stretching before I draw helps with tenseness, but also think that at this point when you are not use to using your shoulder or don't have as much experience being tense is understandable. But you will improve! The 250 box challenge will really help with the drawing boxes in perspective!

I notice a similar issue in tensing my whole body when I work on ghosting in the lines, especially if I focus on "locking" my wrist and elbow to draw from the shoulder. I say "lock" even if it's not a HARD locking of the joints. But I think it simply takes practice in getting your body to operate how you want it to. Whenever you notice yourself tensing up, take a moment to breathe and relax your body and then try again. It may slow things down a bit, but eventually you'll tense up less and less.

I'd say your rough perspective boxes are impressive!

A lot of my students use these. The last time I used them was when I was in high school, and at the time I felt that they dried out pretty quickly, though I may have simply been mishandling them. As with all pens, make sure you're capping them when they're not in use, and try not to apply too much pressure. You really only need to be touching the page, not mashing your pen into it.

In terms of line weight, the sizes are pretty weird. 08 corresponds to 0.5mm, which is what I recommend for the drawabox lessons, whereas 05 corresponds to 0.45mm, which is pretty close and can also be used.
