Hey! First, congratulations on finishing lesson 1! You did a great job!
About the exercises:
-
Superimposed lines: some of the straight lines are a bit wobbly, but most of them were really good.
-
Ghosted lines: a few were too light, almost can't be seen. But the lines seem confident, and you hit the ending point or got close to it in most of them. Good job!
-
Tables of ellipses: Your lines are good and confident. A few of the ellipses failed to hit the line boundaries, but overall it was pretty good;
-
Funnels also look good. In some of them, the minor axis line is leaning to either side, but in most of them you successfully made the ellpises cut in half;
-
Boxes exercises: Pretty good overall in all three. Some perspective issues, but it is normal at this point, mainly due to the last 2 exercises being really hard. The 250 boxes challenge will address this issue.
I'm marking this lesson as complete, you seem to have already a good grasp of its contents!
Next Steps:
Move on to the 250 boxes challenge, as it will further develop your perspective. And remember to keep using these exercises as short warmups (10-15 min) before drawing!
Also, if you can, take some time to evaluate other students' lesson 1 homeworks. It's a good way to further develop your understanding of these concepts, and also help the community.
