Hello there, congratulations on making it through! I'll be looking over your work.

Lines Some of your lines get a bit wobbly sometimes but that's okay for now. Just make sure to focus on drawing confidently at all times.

Ellipses Your ellipses look pretty good! You've drawn through all of them and they aren't really deformed all that much. I'm sure they'll keep getting better with time. Other than some misaligned ellipses, funnels exercise looks good too.

Perspective All three pages look good! Again, some slightly wobbly lines in the rough perspective exercise though.

Rotated Boxes Your rotated boxes looks great!

Organic Perspective You have some diverging lines in some of your boxes. Also, usually every angle in the first Y you draw must be bigger than 90 degrees. These aren't really important mistakes right now but I just wanted to point them out.

Overall, you did great, good job!! You should feel comfortable moving on to the 250 boxes challenge if you haven't already.

Talking about boxes, here are some resources: placing the inner corner, some reference boxes. Hope they help!

If you have any questions, feel free to ask me here or tag me in the discord chanel (my name is the same).

Good luck ahead!

Next Steps:

Move on to the 250 boxes challenge. Make sure to use some of the exercises from this lesson as a warmup.

Pentel Pocket Brush Pen

Pentel Pocket Brush Pen

This is a remarkable little pen. Technically speaking, any brush pen of reasonable quality will do, but I'm especially fond of this one. It's incredibly difficult to draw with (especially at first) due to how much your stroke varies based on how much pressure you apply, and how you use it - but at the same time despite this frustration, it's also incredibly fun.

Moreover, due to the challenge of its use, it teaches you a lot about the nuances of one's stroke. These are the kinds of skills that one can carry over to standard felt tip pens, as well as to digital media. Really great for doodling and just enjoying yourself.
