What does it mean that my arrows bulge?
Could you explain it again in other words, please?

No problem.
There isn't much bulging occurring but I'll try to describe it differently.
Imagine your arrows are ribbons, if they were completely straight their width would be consistent. If the ribbon was 1 cm wide it would be 1cm wide the entire length of the ribbon. Now if one end of the ribbon was further away it would appear narrower and as the ribbon moves closer it would widen consistently. If the ribbon bulges/widens suddenly it means the ribbon appears like it's stretching and is wider than the rest of the ribbon.
Is that a more helpful explanation? If not I'll try again and maybe draw up an example.

I've circled the spots I've noticed here.
Do keep in mind that you don't have many instances of this occurring, and when it does it is fairly minor.
The reason I brought it up in the critique is that it is something that can be kept in mind and will improve as long as you're aware of it and build up more mileage.
While it wasn't a large issue, it was something that did occur occasionally so it was worth mentioning.
Don't stress yourself out about it too much, just keep in mind that the goal is for your arrows to flow smoothly and consistently

Here we're getting into the subjective - Gerald Brom is one of my favourite artists (and a pretty fantastic novelist!). That said, if I recommended art books just for the beautiful images contained therein, my list of recommendations would be miles long.
The reason this book is close to my heart is because of its introduction, where Brom goes explains in detail just how he went from being an army brat to one of the most highly respected dark fantasy artists in the world today. I believe that one's work is flavoured by their life's experiences, and discovering the roots from which other artists hail can help give one perspective on their own beginnings, and perhaps their eventual destination as well.
