Great job! Congratulations on finishing Lesson 1. All in all, I have one big observation I can point out throughout all of the exercises: your lines are a little wobbly. Try taking into account what Uncomfortable pointed out here: https://drawabox.com/comic/1 Prioritize confident lines over accuracy! Other than that, you followed the instructions to a T! Well done! It's ok if you move on to the 250 Boxes Challenge, but if you want to you can go over the first line exercises one more time to work on the wobbliness. They are the easiest and shortest, and you can get more practice out of them. Good luck!

Staedtler Pigment Liners
These are what I use when doing these exercises. They usually run somewhere in the middle of the price/quality range, and are often sold in sets of different line weights - remember that for the Drawabox lessons, we only really use the 0.5s, so try and find sets that sell only one size.
Alternatively, if at all possible, going to an art supply store and buying the pens in person is often better because they'll generally sell them individually and allow you to test them out before you buy (to weed out any duds).
