Hi Silviu,
I've checked your submission,
Starting out by your organic arrows, you are doing a good job moving them around and showing their flow, though you are lacking a little on showing them reach far and close. I see that you are making them bigger as they get closer, this is good, now try making the spaces between de arrow get tinier as it goes back, this will really cement the illusion of depth.
In the Leaves exercises you did a good job showing gesture, though I see that in some of them you are not constructing your details on the structures, but you are carving out into the structure. What we first construct is not a general guideline that we decide to follow or not, it's a foundation that is important we follow so we keep the illusion of solidity in our forms. Another thing is to be more subtle with your line weight, specially during the textures, they are not as imortant as the structure in this exercises.
Branches are looking pretty good, though I do see an issue with the line qualitie on some of them. Remember, to make confident strokes, accuracy comes with time and practice. Also, try to vary more the angles of your ellipses, this will give a better illusion of depth.
Your plants exercises look pretty good, here are some things I wanted to point out:
Seeing your plants I noticed that you are not using line weight in most of your plants, it is a common misconception that line weight is like an aesthetic choice, but in reality is a tool we have to show how our forms overlap in 3d space. To go even further, when the exercise says only construction, you should also apply it, because as I've already said, it is not for aesthetic porpouse, its a way of communicating the viewer what they are seeing. Don't worry too much about this, this is a very common issue, just keep it in mind moving on!
Try to observe more closely the ellipses of your plants, here I'm pointing out an aproximation of how the degrees of the ellipses really go, when seeing a picture, take a very close look on the angles of the picture, in this one you can see that is taken up from the plant.
One last thing that I see is how you approach shadows and details, remember to do it as you learned from lesson 2, focus on the cast shadows and don't think about lines, also I see that you are rushing some lines like you lost the patience like your last plant. If you ever feel like that, just take a step back and try to look at your work with a critical eye, it's difficult but gets easier with practice.
I'm gonna mark this lesson as completed! Your next step is Lesson 4, keep it up.
Next Steps:
Move on to lesson 4, regarding what you said about not knowing if you have to move on or not, remember that in this course you have to analyze the feedback you got and move on, you will learn better this way.
