Feel free to critique may work! And now i'm going to do 250 box challenge wish me luck!
Hi, I took a look and have some critiques/things to works on.
On the ghosting part I can see that there's some wobblyness to the lines, so makes sure you're executing them at a good tempo so that your brain doesn't take over for your muscles. Your planes and circles look good, so just keep on practicing! Looks like you've understood the concept of vanishing points. Your boxes will get more consistent whilst doing the 250 challenge, just makes sure you're taking your time ghosting each and every line. Your rotated boxes look ok, but they could maybe have been a bit bigger.
Next Steps:
I think you're good to continue, just keep practicing through warmups, and remember to draw for fun as well.
GL on your 250 boxes.
OMG THANK YOU! I'm already done with my 250 box challenge! but i can't post it i don't know why
You can ask on the Discord, maybe someone will know
yep! someone already help me in discord, thanks!
A lot of my students use these. The last time I used them was when I was in high school, and at the time I felt that they dried out pretty quickly, though I may have simply been mishandling them. As with all pens, make sure you're capping them when they're not in use, and try not to apply too much pressure. You really only need to be touching the page, not mashing your pen into it.
In terms of line weight, the sizes are pretty weird. 08 corresponds to 0.5mm, which is what I recommend for the drawabox lessons, whereas 05 corresponds to 0.45mm, which is pretty close and can also be used.
