Hello! Im Daniel and I will be critiquing you today. Im gonna split your exercises it into three main sections for simplicity.

Lines-

Super imposed lines:

Your super imposed lines were very good! They only fray in one direction, and were straight as an arrow. There wasn't much wobbliness, or curved lines.

Ghosted lines :

Your lines are extremely accurate! You did a really solid job of ghosting them out, and making sure they were on track. A couple of them were even perfectly on course, and landed on the dot. There was a slight curve on a couple, but even then you kept your line smooth, and precise. There wasn't any wobbling, so good job!

Ghosted planes:

Your ghosted planes are really good, aside from a few things. On a couple of your planes the lines curved a bit. You also overshot on a couple of yours , but this is completely ok and expected. Aside from that ,you did great!

Line summery:

You did very good! You showed that you understood the material presented. You did an excellent job ghosting out your lines and keeping your lines straight.

Ellipses-

Ellipses in tables:

Your Ellipses were pretty good! They fit well in their tables, and most of them touched all of their sides. Some of them were a bit messy , and overlapped other circles. We really want to ghost out our ellipses, several times before we draw our line so it can as accurate as possible .

Ellipses in planes:

Same boat as the ellipse in table exercise, focus on ghosting it out several times before placing your mark. A couple of your ellipses were distorted, and there was a bit of wobblness. While getting our circle touch all four sides is nice, and definitely something we should try to do, our priorities lie in line confidence. Drawing lines confidently helps them be consistent, and something we can rely on.

Funnels:

I don't have much to say about the funnel exercise. You did as you were supposed to and , you kept it symmetrical and even.

Ellipses summery:

Your ellipses were less confident then your line exercises, and i would recommend you do some of these exercises as your warm up, It'll be a big help. I know I've said it a lot but ghosting several times to get the feel of the shape is really important!

Boxes-

Plotted perspective: Not much to say, this exercise is more of a getting the basics of perspective, then an exercise. But your boxes were neat, so thank you for that.

Rough Perspective:

Wow you blew it out of the park on this one! Incredible stuff! Your foreshortening lines, (or your lines towards the vanishing point) were incredibly accurate and straight. No wobbliness, no arcs, Good work!

Rotated boxes:

It looks like you are missing a couple of boxes from the bottom left corner near the edge, and a couple of your boxes are overlapping. I would really focus on the getting the corners of boxes next to each other closer, as this will prevent the overlapping. I would consider doing this one more often as a warm-up, as it will help you get understand how boxes rotate more. Complete side note, this is just personal preference, but I like adding the dashes on the sides of the boxes(shown in the video). You don't have to follow that, i think it just makes it look more clear.

Organic perspective:

Your organic perspective was pretty good! You did a great job of making the boxes scale of proportionally. You repeated a couple of lines on one of your exercises, which you shouldn't do. We should never repeat our lines, as it makes things messier. Some of your foreshortening lines were also a bit off. Foreshortening lines should always contract towards the vanishing point, and never expand towards the vanishing point.

Boxes summery:

Good stuff! You did a solid job in your box section, and any problems which you might have with them will disapear with the legendary 250 box challenge, which I recommend you do next, as it really helps.

Im going to mark this lesson as complete, good luck with the 250 box challenge !
