A Question About the 250 Boxes Challenge?

I've been working on the 250 Boxes Challenge for a short while now, coming back to it as often as I can. As of me typing this I just finished working on my last set of boxes for the day, putting me at 45 boxes total (not much, I know). However, I'm admittedly having a bit of trouble getting into the right mindset for such a tedious and demanding challenge, and I've noticed my discipline slipping as a result. I also feel as if I am rushing, and that I won't be able to get the full benefits of the challenge once I finish.
How should I go about doing this challenge without over-exerting or procrastinating too much?
