Hello there I call myself Quat and I am going to review your exercises for this lesson
First of all in the branches exercise : your drawing looks flat and I assume that is a result of the composition of the picture that you took, in other words you should have pictures of them one by one and uploaded them to imgur. There is also the problem of drawing the whole edge with one stroke for some branches that you drew, but seeing how you did better on the plants that you did I won't make you redo the exercise.
I also want to point out that your organic arrows exercise is not wrong but I would have preferred if you did more arrows since you had the space to do so.
Other than that I would have preferred if your plant drawings used more of the paper, and I mean that you drew your plants a bit smaller than necessary, which isn't particularly a mistake but it is better to make the drawing bigger when possible.
Next Steps:
Your next step is lesson 4
Ellipse Master Template
This recommendation is really just for those of you who've reached lesson 6 and onwards.
I haven't found the actual brand you buy to matter much, so you may want to shop around. This one is a "master" template, which will give you a broad range of ellipse degrees and sizes (this one ranges between 0.25 inches and 1.5 inches), and is a good place to start. You may end up finding that this range limits the kinds of ellipses you draw, forcing you to work within those bounds, but it may still be worth it as full sets of ellipse guides can run you quite a bit more, simply due to the sizes and degrees that need to be covered.
No matter which brand of ellipse guide you decide to pick up, make sure they have little markings for the minor axes.
