The perspective is nice, and I like the clever use of mirroring.

Thanks for posting your process, it's cool to see where your head was going with this. Awesome drawing, looks like a manga panel!

Yea thanks, I try to keep all the different steps on different layers to look back on, not just for motivation to see how far ive come from the intitial sketch but, also to make sure I'm still staying loose since it tends to stiffen up the drawing the more you render it.

Pentel Pocket Brush Pen

Pentel Pocket Brush Pen

This is a remarkable little pen. Technically speaking, any brush pen of reasonable quality will do, but I'm especially fond of this one. It's incredibly difficult to draw with (especially at first) due to how much your stroke varies based on how much pressure you apply, and how you use it - but at the same time despite this frustration, it's also incredibly fun.

Moreover, due to the challenge of its use, it teaches you a lot about the nuances of one's stroke. These are the kinds of skills that one can carry over to standard felt tip pens, as well as to digital media. Really great for doodling and just enjoying yourself.
