It is a bit messy and not in the right order but here is my work for the challenge!

Hey there Lazardjin!! I gotta apologize for the wait, it's been a big rush of submissions into our queue! Anyway, on to the challenge. Really wonderful work getting through the whole thing, 250 boxes is absolutely nothing to sneeze at.

To start, I will admit, I got a bit confused at your numbering system! However, it looks to be all there, which is good. For the cylinder challenge, I recommend numbering the boxes sequentially, just to make it easier to compare boxes between the pages. Likewise, during warm-ups, try to give your boxes some breathing room, limiting it to 2-4 boxes per page. This way, you can give your brain space to really analyze those correction lines.

So, from the get-go, your linework is beautiful, showing a lot of confidence and consistency. As for your convergences, these are also very solid from the start, with most sets of parallel lines converging consistently towards their vanishing points. You show a good deal of improvement towards the end of the set as well, although the boxes being so crowded may have hindered a bit of learning for you and there are still a few instances where your lines simply run parallel instead of converging towards the vanishing point. Overall, however, this is very strong work and the mileage did you well!

I'm going to link a few extra notes - we link them at the end of every challenge as a matter of course. They go over the angle of each set of parallel lines as they approach the box and how keeping an eye on this relationship could improve your convergences. Also, considering each line in relation to the lines with which it shares a vanishing point rather than the lines with which it shares a plane or a corner could do the same.

Next Steps:

I'm happy to mark this as complete and send you on to Lesson 2. Remember to give your exercises breathing room on the page, especially when correction lines are involved. Good luck!

Thank you very much for the review and advices! I will keep them in mind for the next challenge. Good luck dealing with all the submissions!

These are what I use when doing these exercises. They usually run somewhere in the middle of the price/quality range, and are often sold in sets of different line weights - remember that for the Drawabox lessons, we only really use the 0.5s, so try and find sets that sell only one size.

Alternatively, if at all possible, going to an art supply store and buying the pens in person is often better because they'll generally sell them individually and allow you to test them out before you buy (to weed out any duds).
