Which is better for lesson submissions: scans or photos of the pages?

Hi. I completed lesson 1 and I'm ready to submit. But I'm not sure which option is preferential for the review team to crtique my work. I can submit photographs of the assignments or "scanned" images of them (via a camscanner app on my phone). The scanned images ensure the image plane is flat, makes the background pure white, and thus makes the lines as clear as possible. But it does put a "scanned by camscanner" watermark in the bottom left hand corner.

The photographs of the pages are as good as I can get them in my work space. But I couldn't get an entirely flat, face down view of the image without shadows, and the pages naturally rounded slightly as I worked on them. So while I do think the photos are pretty clear, they are subject to the lighting/shadow/perspective conditions of the photograph.

Here's an example of one of the assignment pages in both formats for reference. If someone can let me know which is preferrential, I'd appreciate it. Or I can submit both forms too if that's better.

Thanks!

Photos are preferred, mainly because while the page being a little skewed isn't that big of a deal, scanner apps tend to increase the contrast and can cause our linework to appear much harsher, stripping away its subtleties.

Got ya. I'll submit with the photos then. Thanks for the quick response and the info.

Stan Prokopenko's had been teaching figure drawing as far back as I can remember, even when I was just a regular student myself. It's safe to say that when it comes to figure drawing, his tutelage is among the best.
