hi
Hello Skimart, I will try to critique your work as best as i can.
1: Good Job on Arrows: Very dimensional and good job making them bigger and smaller and giving them depth.
2: The sausage shapes can be slightly improved. I see few sausage shape that are too thin and the elipses inside the sausage should have varying degree. There are few but not enough. You can exegerate also its completely fine. Remember sausage form should be nothing except two balls connected through a tube.
3: Good job in texture analysis sheet and drawing only the cast shadows.
4: Good job wrapping the textures around the dissections and breaking the silhouette.
5: Form Intersection: Good job with the form intersection.
6: same with sausage form intersection. The forms need be simple but here you need to take one step further and make them supported as if they are water baloon fallen on another form or supported by another form.
Overall your work is good.
Next Steps:
I will recommend you do sausage form with Elipses again ( one page ) . Make sure to draw simple sausages and only slighlt changes/ curving. Try giving more varying to the elipses based on perspective.
This is one of my favourite books. It's a fantasy-comedy romp, and the world that J. Zachary Pike has created honestly takes my breath away. There are laughs at every turn, but the story is not without its heart wrenching moments - some for which I have yet to fully forgive the author.
If you're at all curious about the kinds of nonsense I read, or just need something new to sink your teeth into, this is one I can highly recommend. On top of that, being self-published by an indie author, it's the kind of thing where your individual support can go a long way.
P.S: The audiobook, with narration from Doug Tisdale, is especially good, and elevates the story in ways I can't rightly describe.
