I would recommend taking a look at this ^ picture, using some of the rotations on the circle 2nd from the outside, (without copying the boxes directly, instead using them as inspiration for more challenging rotations of boxes - take a look especially at their Y)

  • https://i.imgur.com/8PqQLE0.png I'd also recommend taking a look at this diagram, it illustrates how while we are conscious that vanishing points exist, we're more focused on the angles of our lines and how they relate to the rest of the box - i believe by focusing more on this approach you'll get less diverging lines like those present in boxes

so to summ up > practice more heavily foreshortened boxes in your warmups, as well as practicing boxes with more unfamiliar, tougher rotations
