Sadly the pdf maker didn't order the boxes in the correct order, hope it isn't a problem ! Feedback would be greatly appreciated !

Thanks in advance

It’s a little bit of a problem, since what we look at aren’t the individual pages, but whether there’s a trend of improvement throughout the set. Nonetheless, it seems like most of them are in order, so I won’t complain. I’d definitely have preferred imgur to pdfhost, though. Anyway, hi, I’ll be looking through this~

The first thing I notice is that your boxes are quite small. The reason the 5-6 boxes per page rule exists is because it allows for large boxes- large boxes are not only more difficult, but they also give you plenty of space to think about your problems. Another thing I notice is that you’ll occasionally cross boxes out. This is not recommended. There’s plenty to learn from your mistakes, in fact, that’s where most of the learning happens. As for the good news, your boxes improve considerably throughout the set! There were a lot of obvious divergences at the start, but they’re nowhere to be seen by the end of the challenge. The inner lines, too, are quite good, though certainly not perfect. Finally, the line-work improves quite a bit, as well. One thing I will mention is that the boxes are fairly same-y. This is as a result of the inner angles being similar to each other. It would’ve been nice to experiment some more in that regard, but I’ll trust you to do that in your own time, as you continue to practice these concepts as a part of your warmups.

Congrats on completing this challenge, and consider it marked as complete.

Thanks a lot for the feedback, really useful ! I'll definitely use the advice for the box warmups I continue to do daily.

It's also more than that - it's a hand-picked recommendation of something I've used myself. If you're interested, here is a full list.

A lot of my students use these. The last time I used them was when I was in high school, and at the time I felt that they dried out pretty quickly, though I may have simply been mishandling them. As with all pens, make sure you're capping them when they're not in use, and try not to apply too much pressure. You really only need to be touching the page, not mashing your pen into it.

In terms of line weight, the sizes are pretty weird. 08 corresponds to 0.5mm, which is what I recommend for the drawabox lessons, whereas 05 corresponds to 0.45mm, which is pretty close and can also be used.
