Lesson 1: Lines, Ellipses and Boxes

Any sort of criticism would be greatly appreciated :) thank you in advance to whoever takes time to review my work
Hello!
First of all, congratulations of finishing your Lesson 1 homework!
Here's my critique:
Lines
I'm missing some part of superimposed lines, but what can I tell is, that sometimes your line frays from both side. When you ghost throught a line, be sure to hit the starting point every time, don't hurry. Otherwise your superimposed lines are well done.
Ghosted lines are sometimes going off the mark, are wobbly and I also notice a bit arcing. Be sure to draw from your shoulder at all times, ghost through line as long as needed and when you decide to commit to the line, then trust your hand and don't think about it anymore. But it's ok if you overshoot at first or it misses a mark a little, when you go on with 250 boxes challenge then you will do alot of ghosting and alot of lines and they will improve.
Ellipses
Ellipses are well done. They have good smooth shape and they stay inside the intended borders. Sometimes they tend to overlap, but it's a minor thing. I recommend practicing Ellipses in Planes in your future warm- ups.
Boxes
Plotted perspective looks fine, but in rough perspective exercise your boxes are bit off.
You should look into that lesson one more time, try to plot your dots out more, like in here: https://d15v304a6xpq4b.cloudfront.net/lesson_images/d7d1a619.jpg
You see that the font and back are same in their shape altho different in size, thats one of the guidlines that helps you plot out your box.
Good job finishing the rotated boxes! It's hard exercise for sure. Few things to mention here.
It's good you kept the boxes close to each other, and they look decent. They aren't rotating tho. When you feel confident with boxes in 250 box challenge, you might want to try to redo it too, just to see if you understand how boxes turn in 3D space.
Organic perspective is good!
Next Steps:
You can go forward with 250 box challenge! Good luck :)
Don't forget to do 10- 25 min warm-ups before every session and go over the exercises I mentioned in critique, like Ellipses in Planes.
Like the Staedtlers, these also come in a set of multiple weights - the ones we use are F. One useful thing in these sets however (if you can't find the pens individually) is that some of the sets come with a brush pen (the B size). These can be helpful in filling out big black areas.
Still, I'd recommend buying these in person if you can, at a proper art supply store. They'll generally let you buy them individually, and also test them out beforehand to weed out any duds.
