Still a lot to improve on what I've learnt from this lesson, but am I ready for the 250 Box challenge?

Lines

You've only done one page of superimposed lines (I'll request revisions) there is a bit wobble in lines, you should always prioritize confidence over accuracy. Fraying on both ends, the line should never fray on the starting dot, try place the pen carefully at the beginning of each line so this does not happen. Your ghosted lines are good.

Ellipses

You've drawn through ellipses 2 to 3 times, On the ellipse tables, you've kept the ellipses within the bounds, each

ellipse touching each other, without overlapping.

The boxes are done really well, and it seems you've understood everything. I'd love to mark you as complete but I would recommend doing that other page of superimposed lines.

Next Steps:

I recommend doing one more page of superimposed lines, keep in mind the improvements I suggested above.

When finished, reply to this critique with your revisions.

Thank you very much for your critique! Here's a page of superimposed lines, as you requested. Am I done with Lesson 1 now? :)

Alot better than the first ones, theres very little in the fraying at the beginning, you've also shown a improved understanding of the techniques and prioritizing confidence over accuracy.

Great job :)

Next Steps:

I'd recommend the same thing I recommend to everyone who's finished with lesson 1, move on to the 250 box challange to increase your understanding on perspective.

Good luck :)

How to Draw by Scott Robertson

When it comes to technical drawing, there's no one better than Scott Robertson. I regularly use this book as a reference when eyeballing my perspective just won't cut it anymore. Need to figure out exactly how to rotate an object in 3D space? How to project a shape in perspective? Look no further.
