...I hate to admit, but I kinda phoned this one in. I have no irl experience with a ice cream cart as my country is an icebox half of the year, so we don't really need them.

They have a wide variety of sketchbooks, such as toned sketchbooks that let you work both towards light and towards dark values, as well as books where every second sheet is a semitransparent vellum.
