Hello and congrats on completing lesson 1. I'll be look at your submission today. Starting with your superimposed lines these are off to a decent start. You are keeping a clearly defined starting point one these and while you are dealing with a lot of fraying on longer lines that is normal. Still could use plenty of practice on these. You also might want to try this with curved lines as well. Moving onto your ghosted lines and planes these are coming along pretty well. You are using the ghosting method to good effect and are achieving straight confident linework and while you aren't always hitting the mark accuracy wise that will get better with mileage. Keep it up.

Looking at your table of ellipses these are pretty good. Great job drawing through all of your ellipses and focusing on maintaining a solid ellipse shape over accuracy. Maintaining a smooth ellipse shape should be your first priority at this stage and the accuracy will come with practice. The same things I said about your tables of ellipses goes for your ellipses in planes as well. Focus on a solid shape and build up the accuracy through mileage and practice. Your ellipses in funnels are having some slight issues with tilting off the minor axis so that is something you will want to watch out for. https://drawabox.com/lesson/1/13/notaligned You also might want to consider increasing the degree of your ellipses as they move outwards in the funnel which is mentioned here in the lesson notes. https://drawabox.com/lesson/1/13/step3 Otherwise, your ellipses are off to a good start but there is plenty of room for improvement here.

Plotted perspective looks good nothing to mention here. Your rough perspective boxes came out okay for the most part. You are doing a decent job with the ghosting method here and keeping up with the confident linework and also great work on extending your lines back to check your boxes. As you can see a lot of your estimations were quite off but that will grow much more intuitive the more you practice. When you are drawing in one point perspective try and keep in mind that all verticals will be straight up and down you are getting quite a bit of tilting and slanting throughout here. This could be because you are trying to think through the spatial problems you are facing but I find that more often than not it comes from working a bit too fast.

Your rotated box exercise turned out pretty well. Once again, you are ghosting and getting good confident line work. You also did a nice job drawing through all of your boxes and keeping your gaps narrow and consistent. You are running into some issues with not rotating your boxes enough which is a pretty common beginner mistake. Please take a look at the lesson notes here. https://drawabox.com/lesson/1/16/notrotating Finally, your organic boxes turned out pretty decently. You are struggling at times to really understand how your boxes should be converging which is pretty normal and you will get a lot of practice on while working through the 250 box challenge.

Overall, this was a goodsubmission. You clearly followed directions and showed a good amount of growth through these pages. Keep up with these exercises in your warmups. I'm going to mark this lesson as complete and good luck with 250 box challenge.
