A flier posted on the outskirts of the town market, reminding townsfolk to choose offerings to leave at the shrine for the chicken that they now worship as a god. The shrine's entrance can be seen not far from the base of the mountain.
I like the composition, though the perspective for the buildings on the right seems a little off to me (the vertical lines in particular). Also, I noticed some line weight inconsistencies across the foreground.
Some of you may remember James Gurney's breathtaking work in the Dinotopia series. This is easily my favourite book on the topic of colour and light, and comes highly recommended by any artist worth their salt. While it speaks from the perspective of a traditional painter, the information in this book is invaluable for work in any medium.
