hey there!

i just went thru your submissions and well done! most of them are really great! u followed the instructions and performed as best as u could so good job for that

i will say in the organic intersections some of the shadows feel a little short and you could've had added some more dynamic sausage forms with a variety of sizes

but over all i think u did pretty amazing so be proud haha

alright on to the 250 box chllenge u go

have fun! and stay safe!

Next Steps:

for the 250 boxes just remember to not burn yourself out and take it slow and really understand the 3d nature of boxes

Steven Zapata's Secrets of Shading

Steven Zapata's Secrets of Shading

Some of you will have noticed that Drawabox doesn't teach shading at all. Rather, we focus on the understanding of the spatial relationships between the form we're drawing, which feeds into how one might go about applying shading. When it comes time to learn about shading though, you're going to want to learn it from Steven Zapata, hands down.

Take a look at his portfolio, and you'll immediately see why.
