Hello again, welcome to the other side! I'm critiquing this challenge for the first time, hope I do okay!

Convergences Your convergences look pretty good. Even though you usually had one diverging line in most of the boxes(mainly caused by the placement of the inner corner) at first, you were able to draw some nearly perfect boxes by the end. You extended your lines in the right direction as well. Great job!

Hatching You improved a lot here too! If you compare the hatching in your first boxes to the ones in the last, you'll see that your ghosted lines got way better with time. Just be careful about where you place your pen when you start drawing the line since there are still some gaps between the line and the box's edges, even in the later boxes.

Line Weight Although your use of line weight was pretty good in the beginning, you've managed to get more subtle and accurate with time.

Overall, you did a pretty good job! You could've drawn some boxes from different angles though. Just something to keep in mind.

Next Steps:

Move on to the lesson 2, good luck! :)

The Science of Deciding What You Should Draw

The Science of Deciding What You Should Draw

Right from when students hit the 50% rule early on in Lesson 0, they ask the same question - "What am I supposed to draw?"

It's not magic. We're made to think that when someone just whips off interesting things to draw, that they're gifted in a way that we are not. The problem isn't that we don't have ideas - it's that the ideas we have are so vague, they feel like nothing at all. In this course, we're going to look at how we can explore, pursue, and develop those fuzzy notions into something more concrete.
