Hi Spiiderbait! Congrats on finishing your Lesson 1 Homework!

Your superimposed lines look smooth and confident, and they only fray at one side. Great job! My comment is that your lines have a tendency to arch, so keep that in mind and try to compensate. Your ghosted lines look a bit wobbly. Try to remember that at this stage, confidence and smooth lines are more important than accuracy. Same with the ghosted planes: some lines are wobbly and lack smooth execution.

Your ellipses look smooth and confident. In your table of ellipses, you did a wonderful job keeping your ellipses snug against each other and their boundaries. The ellipses within your ghosted planes are also smooth, even, and confident. For the funnels exercise, great job keeping the ellipses snug against each other and the boundaries. Some ellipses look a little wobbly and wonky, but those seem to be the exception, not the rule. You drew through all your ellipses twice, and the confidence and smoothness is there. Great job!

For the plotted perspective boxes, all vertical lines should be perpendicular to the horizon line. I'm not sure why some of your vertical lines are at a slant. For your rough perspective boxes, you did a great job keeping horizontal lines parallel to the horizon line and vertical lines perpendicular. Nice job drawing through all your boxes and plotting the lines back to the horizon line. A few of your lines are hesitant and wobbly, but overall, you nailed the purpose of this particular exercise. Good effort on the rotated boxes exercise. You made sure to rotate the boxes (rather than align them to the same vanishing point) and you kept the gaps between the boxes narrow. Wonderful job! For the organic perspective boxes, I'm loving the line confidence and the willingness to try all sorts of box orientations.

Awesome job with your homework submission! I think you're good to move on to the 250 Box Challenge. Keep ghosting your lines and draw confidently from your shoulder. Smooth, straight lines are most important; accuracy will come with practice (which you will get a lot of, what with drawing 250 boxes and all). Great job, and good luck!
