Lesson 1: Lines, Ellipses and Boxes

I used a purple sharpie pen to do most of the exersizes, except the last page when I finally got some fineliners to draw with
Good work, the only thing I would keep in mind "On rough perspective, width lines should be parallel to horizon and height lines perpendicular to horizon."(drawabox critique guide). But this is a small detail. You did a good job.
ps I just checked that sometimes your lines get wobbly especially on boxes, so remember to focus on straight strong confident lines.
Next Steps:
250 box challenge. Warm up 10-15 minutes with exercises from lesson 1 to keep your blade sharp!
These are what I use when doing these exercises. They usually run somewhere in the middle of the price/quality range, and are often sold in sets of different line weights - remember that for the Drawabox lessons, we only really use the 0.5s, so try and find sets that sell only one size.
Alternatively, if at all possible, going to an art supply store and buying the pens in person is often better because they'll generally sell them individually and allow you to test them out before you buy (to weed out any duds).
