Hello I'll be covering your HW.

Superimposed lines: Biggest thing you only sumbited one page, you need two.

Ghosted Lines: This is a complete mess and jumble. Direcitons need to be read properly and examples seen.

Ghosted Planes: Better, direcitons were followed.

Table of Elipses: Clustered but attempt to keep everything tight is there.

Elipses in a Plane: Little wobbly and shaky. Warming up with ghosting would help.

Funnels: Much better with elipses. Improvement.

Plotted Perspective: Sadly most of the box lines don't even reach intended point.

Rough Perspective: Not bad here but a revsion would help.

Rotated Boxes: Much better, direcitons were read, clear understanding.

Organic Perspective: Not bad I think you got it.

Next Steps:

The thing I noticed was not seeming to read the directions. So revisions are needed. I would like one of the following:

Superinmposed lines

Ghosted Lines

Plotted perspective

Rough Perspective

When finished, reply to this critique with your revisions.

Much better. Now you are ready to move on.

Next Steps:

Remember read the directions, and above all that while a challenge it can be done.

Staedtler Pigment Liners

Staedtler Pigment Liners

These are what I use when doing these exercises. They usually run somewhere in the middle of the price/quality range, and are often sold in sets of different line weights - remember that for the Drawabox lessons, we only really use the 0.5s, so try and find sets that sell only one size.

Alternatively, if at all possible, going to an art supply store and buying the pens in person is often better because they'll generally sell them individually and allow you to test them out before you buy (to weed out any duds).
