Congrats on completeing Lesson 1, I'll be critiquing your work.
Lines
Some of your Superimposed Lines fray at the beginning and wobble at the beginning, be sure not to do that.
Your Ghosted Lines wobble slightly but that's fine, just remember it's okay to overshoot in this case.
Some of your Ghosted Planes wobble as well, I would also recommend that you take the time to space them out a bit. Be sure to accurately divide them as best you can as well, going slower and using the ghosting method in this case would help.
Ellipses
Your Ellipses in Planes are quite good as most of your ellipses do fit in and touch the corners of the space of the plane, and each ellipse is drawn about twice.
Your Tables of Ellipses are filled in without much space left behind, which is a good job.
The Ellipses in your Funnels are mostly symmetrical and are in tandem of the axis.
Boxes
Youur Rough Perspective is good enough, though many of them suffer from wobbliness.
The Rotated Boxes challenge is tough so it's good that you have completed it to the best of your ability. Some of your boxes stretch out a bit too much but they are rotated well, though some boxes have the same rotation.
Your Organic Perspective is also very good, densely packed with boxes and are overlapping as well, which is necessary sometimes.
Next Steps:
Despite the shortcomings, you've done well for this Lesson. Just remember to do these exercises before you do each session of the 250 Box Challenge to further improve them.

I'll just like to add that a serious amount of boxes seemed to have their vanishing points in the wrong direction, which is especially visible in the third section of the last page. The construction methods in the Box Challenge should take care of this.
Sakura Pigma Microns
A lot of my students use these. The last time I used them was when I was in high school, and at the time I felt that they dried out pretty quickly, though I may have simply been mishandling them. As with all pens, make sure you're capping them when they're not in use, and try not to apply too much pressure. You really only need to be touching the page, not mashing your pen into it.
On the flipside, they tend to be on the cheaper side of things, so if you're just getting started (beginners tend to have poor pressure control), you're probably going to destroy a few pens - going cheaper in that case is not a bad idea.
In terms of line weight, the sizes are pretty weird. 08 corresponds to 0.5mm, which is what I recommend for the drawabox lessons, whereas 05 corresponds to 0.45mm, which is pretty close and can also be used.
