About the "draw two or three exercises at the beginning of each session to do for 10-15 minutes"

I know that we should take 2 or 3 exercises but should they be done within 10-15 minutes only ? Or is it 10-15 minutes for each exercises?

Hi! It's 5 minutes for each exercise. If you want to practice some more exercises or warm up for a little longer however you can do it.

I think it's 10-15 minutes of global warmups, with many exercices inside.
