Returning to Drawabox after a short break

I had to stop doing lessons for official critique around 2 months ago due to school and personal life issues getting in the way. I have much more time now and recently got a much better desk, so I want to return to doing official lessons for feedback. I had stopped while doing a requested extension of the 250 box challenge. Can I finish that extended assignment and move forward or do I have to start from the beginning of lesson 1/250 box challenge?

Hi! You are very early in the course and a break of 2 months is still manageable in my opinion.

Before tackling the box extension though, I would go again through the videos and texts from Lesson 1 to refresh the concepts and maybe warm up each exercise at least once.

Like the Staedtlers, these also come in a set of multiple weights - the ones we use are F. One useful thing in these sets however (if you can't find the pens individually) is that some of the sets come with a brush pen (the B size). These can be helpful in filling out big black areas.

Still, I'd recommend buying these in person if you can, at a proper art supply store. They'll generally let you buy them individually, and also test them out beforehand to weed out any duds.
