Lesson 1: Lines, Ellipses and Boxes
12:15 AM, Tuesday April 8th 2025
These are all done in a 08 Micron (0.5mm fineliner) pen with regular printing paper. My lines may seem kinda 'thin' in the last couple exercises cause I think my pen was starting to die. I have since gotten a new one.
On the Rough Perspectives exercise, I did not have a different colored pen so I just used a pencil.
Also, quick question: these assignment I'm submitting are the best I could do at the time they were assigned. However, over the course of months of free drawing and doing warmups of the same exercises, there is noticable improvement with things like line work and perspective. So, does it make more since to submit my most recent work (since that is now technically my "best" work, and where critique might benefit the most), or should I continue to just submit my "first ever" attempt on each homework assignment going forward?
Thank you for the feedback and for providing this resouce at such a small cost!
