For both pages submitted there appears to be fraying only on one end, which is in line with the goal of the assignment. It seems there may be some wobbling in the lines on the first page (which is suggested in the hw to be improved with more confident line marking) but the lines on the second page seems smoother to me, which I'm taking as improvement and getting used to the assignment.

For this page, I'm not detecting any consistent wobbling or uncertainty in the lines, suggesting confident line marking after ghosting a number of times. There seems to be some slight bends at the beginning/end of the some of the strokes, which I'm speculating could be due to trying to correct the line trajectory mid-stroke. It is only present in some, so I think the ghosting approach is being followed well, just keep in mind that all planning is done in the ghosting stage and the actuall stroke should be made confidently regardless of any errors.
In general I think there isn't any significant arcing in the lines, suggesting good drawing from the shoulder/larger pivot points.

Points are visible at all corners and mid points in the lines, showing the planning process was executed well. Lines appear to have little/no wobble, suggesting good line confidence.

Ellipses appear to all be drawn through at least twice, in line with the instructions. Circles/ellipses also appear to fit snug within the areas on the pages.

As in the previous pages, ellipses all appear to be drawn through. An effort also seems to be made to have the ellipse touch all thee sides of the drawn planes. Ellipse drawing also seems to be smooth and even, suggesting good usage of the ghosting method.

All ellipses are drawn through, as is the theme and common practice with ellipses in this lesson. Ellipses are touching the walls of the funnel, as well to the adjacent ellipses, as intended in the exercise. There also seems to be good intent and execution in alligning the ellipse minor axis to the central axis line of the funnel.

For this, all instructions seem to be followed: a straightedge/ruler appears to be used to draw lines from the vertex points back to the vanishing point, which is also done correctly. The vertical edges are also drawn well, i.e. perpendicular to the horizon line.

All instructions appear to be followed appropriately. A single vanishing point is used as the target, with the front of the boxes appearing to be rectangular. The line extensions from the vertex points are also drawn correctly.

For this exercise, the gaps between the boxes appear to be tight and consistent. All the boxes are drawn through and the vanishing points for the boxes appear to move with rotation, as should be intended. I am seeing though that not all the needed boxes for the exercise are drawn, specifically those toward the upper corners. For the center row/column, there are five boxes from the top to the bottom; for the column left and right, there are only three boxes, and only a single box in the columns after that. Each row or column should have 5 boxes, two above and two below the center box. I would recommend filling in the remaining boxes before moving on.

Ghosting method appears to be used. Lines appear slightly more confident on the second page, potentially from more comfort after the first page. A lot of the boxes seem to have diverging parallel lines (i.e. the back of the box appears larger than the front). I think this becomes less frequent on the second page; this'll be something to keep in mind for then 250 box challenge when executing the planning stage of the vertex point placement.
Next Steps:
For the Rotated Boxes exercise, fill in the remaining boxes towards the upper four corners and resubmit that page.
Thanks for filling in the remaining areas; some of the boxes at the very top corners look a bit distorted (I think upper left has 5 sides?), although I think that they can certainly be trickier to draw given the sharp angles they're at.
If you want to I'd say consider giving the exercise another shot, focusing on setting the corner points based on the existing lines and corners (basically the "Draw a neighbouring plane" section of the hw instructions). The central areas look good in this respect, it's just the upper corners which can use the extra TLC, specifically on the outer edges.
I think you have the idea down for this though, so I'll mark as complete (this and the other lesson 1's can become warmups); happy drawing!

Continue onto the 250 box challenge with the Lesson 1 material used as warmup exercises; also remember to continue drawing for yourself to keep to the 50% rule.
These are what I use when doing these exercises. They usually run somewhere in the middle of the price/quality range, and are often sold in sets of different line weights - remember that for the Drawabox lessons, we only really use the 0.5s, so try and find sets that sell only one size.
Alternatively, if at all possible, going to an art supply store and buying the pens in person is often better because they'll generally sell them individually and allow you to test them out before you buy (to weed out any duds).
Remember that when you agree with something another user has written, you are putting your own reputation behind it.
